Today we’d like to introduce you to Yoram Alhadeff.
Hi Yoram, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I come from a highly pluricultural family background. I grew up speaking English, Spanish and French, and over the years, life taught me to understand people in ways that many can’t. Not surprisingly, this has led me to play the role of interpreter wherever I go, and therefore, I became a language trainer professionally.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been very smooth. It’s one of those stories where someone starts doing what they love doing because they’re just good at it, and it makes them happy. The biggest struggle was initially when I wanted to find a way to give my work some real structure, and I had to develop a framework that I use to teach and track progress. But once I was done with that, it became like being a host on a talk show. I showed up to work every day.
