Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Hi there! I’m a neurodivergent therapist, coach and advocate.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Clinical Supervisor in the State of Florida with 19 years of experience in the mental health field.
I hold a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, which I sought out after going through my own challenges with starting a family and became driven to support other women and families going through this phase of life.
Additionally, I’m an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) through Evergreen. I was diagnosed with ADHD myself later in life which ignited my passion to help others learning they are neurodivergent later in life. I bring my real lived experience into my work with my clients and believe in the power of authenticity to empower others.
I have a therapy practice here in Orlando, Florida and offer virtual sessions to clients all over Florida. Additionally I have a worldwide coaching practice supporting neurodivergent clients offering individual and group coaching programs.
I’m very passionate about mental health awareness and advocacy. I cohost a podcast, The Mullet Gang Podcast with my good friend where we focus on raising awareness about mental health and neurodivergence. We recently started a run club for ADHDers, The Mullet Gang Run Club to help build community for ADHDers.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Throughout my 19 years in the field, I have worked in multiple mental health settings including inpatient treatment centers, residential programs, youth shelters, therapeutic schools, psychiatric clinics, and community programs.
Building my own therapy private practice has been a journey for sure and has had lots of growing pains along the way.
After years of hard work, networking, marketing, business development and building my reputation, I am so grateful to have a thriving practice where I get to do what I love, in addition to adding my online coaching practice to offer more support to clients worldwide.
I have had my share of personal and mental health struggles along the way and doing my own self work in therapy and coaching has helped me show up as the best version of myself for me and my clients!

I started my private practice in 2011 after working in multiple mental health and treatment settings and have been in the field for 19 years. My therapy practice offers individual and couples therapy in the state of Florida.
