Hi Ana, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was a stay-at-home mother for the last 13 years and went back into the workforce right when Covid hit us the hardest in 2020. I ended up finding remote work that helped ease me back into a working schedule. What I did not prepare for was the biggest challenge for us, for me as a family. I was struggling with the position I was in that did not allow me much room for family time and medical appointments and school work. Between our two sons who needed help here at home with things and my mother Angela who is almost 78 has needed undivided attention from me as well due to her own health concerns. So my husband Richard and I put together this idea of being here for busy families and also our aging community as well.
It is very difficult when you are a busy family to maintain your home, errands, and appointments not just for yourself but our families in general! Our goal is to help others with this dilemma! We thought about those family members who also have aging relatives who need assistance but are not local to our area but need a familiar face, someone that they can depend on time and time again and build a relationship with them. I find many of our older clients are very fearful of using an UBER. It is our goal to be that familiar face and provide professional and compassionate care whether it is for our very popular transportation services to MCO or Sanford airports; being in need of us to do a quick errand, light meal preparation, or light housework – in addition, we are both Notaries so we can also bring our mobile services to you! We are trying to provide our community with compassion and convenience!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Social media has been wonderful for us – our wonderful clients have already started to spread the word! More than once we have heard that this is a unique concept so we feel very blessed!

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Our goal is to eventually be able to service many areas of Florida by expanding to more counties.
