Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My husband and I have always dreamed of creating a learning space that focused on essential life skills—things like financial literacy, philanthropy, and practical, real-world concepts that often fall outside the scope of traditional education. When the pandemic shifted our world and we found ourselves homeschooling our children, we began to see it not just as a challenge, but as an opportunity.
With schools closed indefinitely, I started reaching out—talking to fellow moms, hosting public forums on social media, and listening closely to what other parents were needing to feel successful in this new homeschooling reality. What I discovered was a growing, vibrant community of homeschool families—families who weren’t just looking to “get by,” but who wanted their children to thrive. Many shared a common desire: more peer connection, more hands-on learning, and more life skills woven into their children’s education.
For me, that became the spark. I envisioned a space where homeschool kids could engage with dynamic themes, exciting projects, and meaningful lessons that go beyond the typical curriculum. A place that felt alive—where learning didn’t just happen through books, but through experience.
I started by brainstorming unique, relevant themes, then designed immersive learning experiences around them—engaging the senses with sights, sounds, even smells—to spark curiosity and create deep, lasting memories. By doing so, we’re not just teaching skills; we’re creating moments that become core memories, lighting up learning in ways that kids will carry with them for a lifetime.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Naturally, with any new venture—especially one that breaks the mold—comes its share of challenges. Coming out of the pandemic, we faced not only the hesitation many felt about returning to public spaces but also the reality of launching a brand-new concept under a name no one had heard of. We understood from the beginning that this would be a journey of organic growth, and we embraced the process, giving ourselves the grace to refine and evolve along the way.
We kicked things off with our Epic STEAM Summer Camps in the summer of 2021, which laid the foundation for what was to come. That fall, we launched our Immersive STEAM Homeschool Program, designed to bring hands-on, sensory-rich learning to homeschool families. The response was incredible, and soon we were receiving requests to expand our offerings.
By fall 2022, we answered the call with our Immersive STEAM After School Program, complete with school pickups from local campuses. This program brought us greater visibility in the community and opened the door for a major milestone—expanding into the business suite next door and doubling our space.
As we continued to listen to families’ needs, we identified another opportunity: providing engaging, full-day learning experiences when schools were closed for holidays. In fall 2023, we launched our Immersive STEAM Seasonal Camps, designed for traditionally schooled students during breaks and holidays.
Each step has been guided by the needs of our community—and fueled by our commitment to making learning unforgettable.

Our organization was born from a deep desire to create something different—something meaningful. After years of dreaming and the unexpected shift to homeschooling during the pandemic, my husband and I launched a learning space focused on life skill development, hands-on exploration, and immersive education. We knew that traditional schools often missed the mark when it came to teaching financial literacy, philanthropy, and other practical life concepts—so we decided to build a space where those vital lessons could take center stage.
We specialize in Immersive, STEAM-based educational experiences designed for homeschoolers, after-school students, and traditional school kids during seasonal breaks. What sets us apart is our approach: we don’t just teach subjects—we create themed, sensory-rich experiences that engage sight, sound, smell, and movement to make learning unforgettable. Every lesson is designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
We launched in 2021 with our Epic STEAM Summer Camps, followed by our Immersive Homeschool Program that fall. As demand grew, we expanded to include an After School Program with local school pickups and later, Seasonal Camps for when schools are out. Thanks to strong community support, we’ve been able to double our space, allowing us to serve even more families.
What we’re most proud of is how organic this journey has been—every step has been guided by listening to families and building something that feels both exciting and intentional. We’ve become known for offering a refreshing alternative to traditional learning, where kids aren’t just students—they’re creators, thinkers, and problem-solvers.

Then there’s Ms. Sarah, my right-hand woman and lead instructor. She’s been instrumental in bringing my vision to life—developing thoughtful, immersive curriculum and constantly pushing creative boundaries. Her ability to think outside the box and contribute to the overall experience is nothing short of incredible.
And of course, Mrs. Teresa, who’s warm, nurturing “grandmother energy” adds that special magic to our space. Her presence brings a sense of comfort and connection that our families genuinely feel.
