Today we’d like to introduce you to Carly Curley.
Hi Carly, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I discovered my passion for wedding planning while organizing my own wedding in February 2024. I have also helped family and friends with their weddings for the past couple of years. During a family members wedding, almost everything went wrong. Including the photographer being involved in an accident on his way to the venue (he is okay!) and the catering arriving an hour late. I stepped into action to flip the day around and make it a successful wedding day! At the end of the night my husband finally asked “Why don’t you just do this?” and after realizing that I do have passion and drive for wedding planning, I started my own wedding planning company three months later!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My biggest challenge is navigating a brand new business while having two small children. My children are what drive me but there are days where they need me and I am in full mom mode. My youngest son is medically complex and had feeding tube for a year. But he is now thriving and no longer has the tube, but it does make some days difficult when he is not feeling well. Overall they push me to be a better mom, person, and business owner.

Our packages are month of coordinating, partial wedding planning, and full wedding planning. Each package is available for the add ons; print and send out save the dates, print and send out wedding invitations, print and send thank you cards, set up gift registry, and decor rental.
I am mostly proud of the life long memories that I help create for everyone involved in the wedding. From the couple to the guests, everyone gets to walk away celebrating love.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I love most about our city is the sense of community for small business owners in the area. I love that all of small business owners lean on one another and support each other no matter what type of business it is.
What I least like about my city is the lack of social events. I believe that everyone can thrive from their neighbors, but if they don’t have a way to meet and celebrate, then they can’t help each other out.
