Hidden Gems: Meet Daniela Diaz of Creative Family Marketing Agency

Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniela Diaz.

Daniela Diaz

Hi Daniela, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
In 2019, while working as a lash artist at a beauty salon, I noticed they lacked a social media presence. I offered to help, and soon after, one of our regular clients, who owned a tax company, asked if I could manage hers too. Word spread, and referrals started coming in. By July 2020, I took the leap, quit my job, and embarked on my entrepreneurial journey.

By April 2021, I had built a roster of 10 monthly clients. But as exciting as it was, I faced a tough reality—I was charging too little, doing everything on my own, and juggling a second business. The burnout was inevitable. I decided to step back, passed my clients to a childhood friend in need, and taught her everything I had learned.

After experiencing a business failure, breaking off an engagement, and leaning on therapy and the support of loved ones, I found my way back to marketing. In October 2022, I became a brand ambassador for The Joint Chiropractic in Ocoee, where our team broke records for leads during a Florida location opening. Soon after, I took over marketing for their Ocoee, Apopka, and Oviedo locations. At the same time, I started networking and offering my services to Orlando businesses. By February 2023, I signed my first client under a more structured business model: The Oxygen Bar. Their success story, with organic views reaching 3 million, gave Creative Family the credibility we needed. To avoid past mistakes, I hired my first employee in March 2023.

By the end of 2023, I left the corporate world to fully commit to Creative Family. Starting 2024 strong, we onboarded new clients, embraced learning opportunities, and adapted to meet their needs. I quickly realized that organic content alone doesn’t always offer measurable ROI, so we expanded our services, providing tailored marketing plans that focus on business needs, not just wants.

Today, Creative Family is built on a foundation of creativity, strategy, family values and adaptability. With a dedicated team of three full-time employees plus myself and multiple partners, we go beyond expectations. Whether it’s distributing flyers, creating automations, running ads, or building websites, we prioritize fast ROI for our clients while keeping our creative spark alive. Content creation is where we began, and it remains at the heart of everything we do as we continue to grow and evolve.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but having an amazing team by my side makes all the difference. They’re a big part of what keeps me pushing forward. It’s not just about me or the client—it’s about my team and their families. Wanting to provide them with more opportunities and better support motivates me every day.

I’ve also learned that the key to navigating the ups and downs is consistency. Consistency in learning, self-improvement, and delivering the highest quality service possible. Every challenge we face is a chance to grow, and I truly believe that embracing those learning opportunities is what keeps us moving forward as a team and as a business.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Creative Family Marketing Agency?
Creative Family is more than just a marketing agency—we’re a family-owned and operated business with a deeply personal mission. I dream of a future where my kids can walk into the office and feel proud to work alongside us, continuing the legacy we’re building today. For us, business is very personal. People often say it’s just numbers, but I believe when you impact someone’s business, you’re impacting their family and their lives. That’s why our slogan, “Where business meets family and success is personal,” is the foundation of everything we do.

We understand what it’s like to start a business—the uncertainty, the hustle, the dreams—because are there too. That’s why we adapt our plans to fit your budget, going as big or as small as your business needs to thrive. We want our clients to feel like they can count on us, not just as a marketing agency, but as long term partners who are here for them, for anything we can help with.

For me personally, creating isn’t work—it’s who I am. It’s what drives me and inspires our entire team. Everyone at Creative Family shares that passion and lack of creative limits. While we’re professionals with academic achievements, it’s our love for what we do and our commitment to bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life that sets us apart.

At Creative Family, you’re not just hiring an agency—you’re joining a family that’s invested in your success, your growth, and your dreams.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Personally: I come from a family of doctors, lawyers, and engineers—I’m the first to take a less traditional route. I started college as an engineering major, but it didn’t take long for me to realize the corporate world wasn’t my calling. Even though my mom made a huge effort to send me to the U.S. and help me with school, I decided to switch majors and pursue what I was truly passionate about. At first, my family was worried about my choice, but now they’re incredibly proud and supportive. It’s been a journey, but I’ve learned that following your passion can lead to the most rewarding outcomes.

About our brand: Something surprising about Creative Family is how much we emphasize teamwork and communication. Marketing isn’t a one-sided process—it’s a collaboration. Clear communication is the foundation of every successful campaign, which is why we ask our clients to commit at least 30 minutes a week for calls with our team. If that’s not something you can dedicate, we’re probably not the right fit. But if you’re ready to partner with a team that values creativity, strategy, and consistent communication, we’re here to help your business shine.
