Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Mayers
Hi Danielle, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up in Broward County, Florida, and I was an A/B student throughout my school years. I always knew that I wanted to be successful and I’ve always been an ambitious person. Straight out of high school, I began working in retail while attending college. During college, I gained experience across various fields, including retail, banking, hospitality, recruiting, and ultimately corporate human resources. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working for multiple Fortune 500 companies.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Broward College in business with a focus on management and supervision. Shortly after graduating, I made my first big move away from my family, moving from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando, Florida, where I began my Master’s program at the University of Central Florida. While pursuing my Masters degree I worked full time in recruiting.
After completing and graduating with my Masters degree, I stayed and became established in Orlando. I started my corporate career working in the aerospace realm, And Part time I also embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, starting one of my first business ventures, a 360 Photo Booth rental company called 360 Moment Matrix.
In addition to running that business, I am a licensed Florida Realtor. I absolutely enjoy helping people find their dream homes. Real estate is a passion of mine, particularly when it comes to assisting those who never thought homeownership was possible.
Working full-time in corporate Aerospace Human Resources, and Juggling multiple businesses all while trying to move up in my corporate career keeps me busy, but I thrive on the challenge.
Beyond business, I am a dog mom I have the worlds smartest and cutest puppies, I don’t care what anyone says. One is a standard GoldenDoodle the other is a mini GoldenDoodle.
I am also an author, having written a few books. I am actively focused on volunteering. I aim to mentor and inspire youth, I want to let them know that they are in control of their lives and can become anything they set their minds to.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, the road has not been smooth. Like anything in life there can be challenges. Working full time and going to school is extremely difficult. There’s many times where I felt like giving up, but for me that wasn’t an option. The desire to win and be successful overpowered my thoughts on quitting…. When the government wouldn’t give me financial aid to help me with my schooling, I got another job and made sure I could pay for school out of pocket. I worked those Two jobs and went to school full time. By doing this I sacrificed a social life, because I had goals I wanted to accomplish. But that’s okay. Where I am now, is where I thought about being years ago. And I am absolutely grateful. Now that I am established I have free time to make networking and socializing more of a priority.

I don’t really believe in luck. I think luck is a thing but I’m more faith based. I grew up in church and I’m a Christian. I believe I’m blessed and highly favored. And God has been so good to me.
