Today we’d like to introduce you to Emma Fatouros
Hi Emma, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Originally from the Chicago area, I came down to Florida in 2016 & graduated from Flagler College in Saint Augustine in 2018!
I started my Real Estate Career in the Spring-Time of 2022. I started as a Real Estate Assistant to a Top Producing Agent here in the Orlando area where I learned the ropes, skillsets and how to handle & interact with potential clients! Prior to my Real Estate Career, I worked in B2B & B2C sales as a Representative and also as a Recruiter to a Direct Sales Marketing Firm. My previous career in direct sales has definitely helped me transition and navigate the ebbs and flows that come in the Real Estate industry!
About a year later in April of 2023, I fully transitioned into obtaining my Real Estate License where I was onboarded as a Buyer’s Agent to a Real Estate Team. Being in this role fully allowed to dive in first hand and gain real life experience with Buyer’s, the process and how to always put my best foot forward when it came to negotiating for my clients.
Having been in Real Estate for about 2 years now, I am a Solo Agent at the Coldwell Banker Office in Winter Park! I truly enjoy getting to meet new people and help them accomplish such a big milestone in life whether that be buying or selling! In the past 2 years since I have been licensed, I have sold roughly $3M in sales & look forward to continuing to help families in the Central Florida Area!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The path has not always been easy! In November of 2023, I decided that I was going to transition from a team setting to being a solo agent and that has probably been the most rewarding/challenging decision of my career. Realizing that there was no team lead for me to turn to, I had to navigate a lot of changes and obstacles myself but find that it is very rewarding to be able to learn from these obstacles & gain knowledge to be able to pass down to my clients. I am always learning and keeping up to date with current matters to be able to provide the best customer service experience to my clients and really allow them to make informed decisions!
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Emma Fatouros at Coldwell Banker Realty?
As a professional in the Real Estate Industry, Community and Education are two things I strive for in my business. I am a Certified New Home Professional, Real Estate Negotiator & specialize in working with First-Time Home Buyers. I am most proud of how I am able to navigate and educate buyers & sellers in each transaction making sure what I provide with my services aligns with their needs.
Aside from my career in Real Estate, I am also heavily involved in the local gymnastics community at Legacy Gymnastics in Maitland where I coach part-time. This is something I am very proud of as it takes a lot of time, dedication and organization. I truly love that I get to blend my love for real estate with the gymnastics community and getting to interact with families and be a local resource.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory was competing in gymnastics and getting to try various other sports as a kid as well as going to the lake in the summertime! I was in gymnastics until I was about 10 years old, then transitioned into soccer where I ended up playing at the collegiate level.
I credit a lot of my work ethic, tenacity and dedication from sports when I was growing up and think there are a lot of similarities between sports and the real estate industry.
