Today we’d like to introduce you to Fred Silva.
Hi Fred, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
In 2016, I attended an event about real estate market in Central Florida which convinced me to invest in vacation rental homes and since then, I’ve been investing and doing business in the Great Orlando Area.
The Pandemic frightened everybody, the tourists disappeared, but I kept going on!
I do believe any good investment in tourism around Central Florida is a great way to grow in business!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been smooth at all… but it doesn’t mean there is no joy in the journey. Obstacles are there and we have/need to face them and win!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am the manager of the company in which I have my wife Fernanda as partner, and we run things together. Our business is find a home away from home for tourists who come to Central Florida.
