Hi Jennifer , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey began more than 10 years ago with a genuine love for bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences. What started as a passion for weddings and celebrations grew into Bella Sposa Events, a full-service planning and design company built around thoughtful details, strong relationships, and unforgettable guest experiences.
Like many business owners, my path has not been perfectly linear. I have navigated the challenges of growing a company while raising three children, rebuilding through the pandemic, and facing breast cancer in 2023. Each of those seasons tested me in different ways, but they also strengthened my faith, deepened my resilience, and reminded me why I began this journey in the first place. They taught me that success is not only about how much you accomplish—it is also about having the courage to evolve.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of planning beautiful weddings, milestone celebrations, galas, and large-scale events throughout Central Florida. I have worked alongside incredibly talented vendors, served wonderful clients, and built a reputation for creating events that feel elevated, personal, and full of life.
Today, I am entering an exciting new chapter. While weddings will always be an important part of my story, I am expanding further into corporate events, brand activations, galas, and social celebrations. My vision is to continue growing a company that is known not only for beautiful design, but also for creativity, hospitality, and experiences that make people feel genuinely connected. I am incredibly proud of how far I have come, grateful for every lesson along the way, and excited about everything still ahead.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. Building a business while raising three children has required constant sacrifice, flexibility, and the willingness to keep going even when life felt overwhelming. Like many business owners, I faced tremendous uncertainty during the pandemic, when the events industry came to an almost complete stop. It forced me to adapt quickly, rebuild, and find new ways to continue serving my clients.
One of my greatest personal challenges came in 2023, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Balancing treatment, motherhood, and the responsibilities of running a company was one of the most difficult seasons of my life. There were moments when I had to slow down, accept help, and redefine what strength and success looked like for me.
I have also experienced the growing pains that come with managing a team, navigating demanding client relationships, establishing healthy boundaries, and learning that not every opportunity is the right opportunity. As someone who cares deeply about people and my work, it has sometimes been difficult to separate my identity from my business.
Every challenge has taught me something valuable. I have learned to trust my instincts, protect my peace, lead with greater intention, and give myself permission to evolve. The road has not been easy, but it has made me a stronger woman, mother, and business owner—and it has given me an even deeper appreciation for the life and career I am continuing to build.

Bella Sposa Events is a full-service event planning and design company based in Central Florida. For more than 10 years, we have specialized in creating elevated, highly personalized weddings and celebrations, and we are now expanding further into corporate events, galas, brand activations, milestone celebrations, and other thoughtfully curated social experiences.
Our services go far beyond making an event look beautiful. We guide our clients through the entire process—from budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, timelines, and guest experience to creative direction, design development, and event-day production. Our goal is to create an experience that feels cohesive and intentional from the first invitation guests receive to the final moment of the celebration.
What sets us apart is the balance between creativity and organization. We are known for bold, sophisticated designs that feel personal rather than predictable, but we understand that even the most beautiful event must also function seamlessly. I approach every celebration by considering how the space will feel, how guests will move through it, and how each detail contributes to the overall story.

Brand-wise, I am most proud that Bella Sposa Events has continued to evolve without losing its heart. Our work is polished and elevated, but it is also joyful, welcoming, and full of personality. We are not interested in simply recreating trends—we want every event to feel meaningful, memorable, and unmistakably connected to the people or organization behind it.
What I would most like readers to know is that we do not simply plan events; we create experiences. Whether we are producing an intimate celebration, a luxury wedding, a corporate gathering, or a large-scale gala, our purpose remains the same: to bring people together through thoughtful hospitality, intentional design, and moments they will remember long after the event has ended.
How do you think about happiness?
My family is what makes me happiest and gives everything I do a deeper sense of purpose. My husband, Gabe, and I have been married for 13 years, and he has been my greatest source of love, strength, and support through every season of life. He has stood beside me as we have raised our three children, built a life together, navigated the demands of entrepreneurship, and faced some of our most challenging moments as a family.
Our children bring so much joy, laughter, and perspective into my life. No matter how busy or demanding work becomes, being their mother reminds me to slow down, appreciate the little moments, and stay connected to what truly matters.
I am also happiest when I am creating, bringing people together, and watching an idea come to life. There is something incredibly fulfilling about helping others celebrate meaningful moments. However, at the end of the day, my greatest happiness is found at home—with Gabe and our children. They are my safe place, my motivation, and the reason I continue dreaming, growing, and building.
