Hidden Gems: Meet Jenny Bortnik of LadyDi regroup LLC , Capital Way

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenny Bortnik.

Hi Jenny, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Absolutely — I’d love to share my journey.

I started with a deep passion for helping people and a strong belief that with the right tools, education, and support, anyone can change their life. My early years were filled with exploration — from creative arts and fashion to education and entrepreneurship. But as life unfolded, especially after becoming a mother, I became laser-focused on building something with purpose.

I began studying Radiologic Technology to work in healthcare and make a real impact. At the same time, I was drawn into the world of financial literacy — I saw how many families around me didn’t understand life insurance, retirement planning, or how to build generational wealth. That’s when I began working toward my licenses in life insurance and financial advising.

As my daughter Diana began entering pageants, I discovered a powerful space where confidence, public speaking, and leadership are built from an early age. That inspired me to launch community-based initiatives like Kids of the World and Lady of the World — platforms that celebrate beauty, talent, and heart.

Today, I’m balancing multiple worlds: I’m a mom, a healthcare student, a licensed life insurance agent, a financial educator, and a creative event producer. Everything I do — whether in insurance, pageantry, or community outreach — is connected by one mission: to uplift people, protect futures, and create lasting impact.

And this is just the beginning

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — but I believe the most meaningful journeys rarely are.

There were moments of doubt, financial pressure, and exhaustion from juggling school, work, motherhood, and building a business all at once. Being an immigrant in a new country, adapting to a new system, and doing everything in a second language also added many challenges. There were times I had to start over, face rejection, or work twice as hard to be seen and respected.

But every struggle taught me resilience, focus, and purpose. I’ve learned to turn obstacles into motivation — and now I use my story to inspire and guide others who are on similar paths. The road wasn’t easy, but it made me stronger.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I’m building a unique and heart-driven brand that combines financial education, life insurance, investments, and community empowerment — especially for families, women, and immigrant communities.

Through my platform — often known as Jenny Capital Way 704, Kids of the World, or Lady of the World — I help people protect their future, grow generational wealth, and feel confident about their financial choices. Whether it’s setting up a life insurance policy, opening a retirement account, or understanding how money works — I explain it in simple terms and with real care.

What sets us apart is the personalized, bilingual approach — many of my clients are first-generation immigrants or parents who’ve never had these financial tools before. We meet them where they are — with compassion, clarity, and no judgment.

I’m also deeply involved in children’s talent development and confidence-building, especially through pageants, modeling, and stage training. My daughter Diana’s journey inspired me to help other young girls find their voice — not just for crowns, but for real-life leadership.

What I’m most proud of? That I’ve created a safe, inclusive space where families feel empowered, protected, and celebrated.

I want your readers to know:
🌟 You don’t have to be rich to start.
🌟 You just need to start smart.
🌟 And you don’t have to do it alone — I’m here to help.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Something most people don’t know about me is that I used to try stand-up comedy and perform on stage — and I still bring that same humor and energy into my everyday work and life.

Even when I’m talking about serious topics — like life insurance, retirement planning, investments, or helping a child prepare for a pageant — I always try to add a bit of humor, lightness, and a human touch. Behind the business side of my brand is a creative spirit: I love to speak, connect, and lift people up.

Another surprising fact: I built everything as a full-time mom, immigrant, and student — with no investors, no big team — just faith, long nights, and a big vision.

People often see the polished result, but they don’t always see the work behind the scenes. That’s what makes my journey so real — and so meaningful.
