Today we’d like to introduce you to Kierra Hagins
Hi Kierra, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
As a child I enjoyed doing hair as I got older I begin to not only just do my hair but I would have people reach out to me inquiring about appointments . After graduating highschool I left for college in Tallahassee when I returned home I decided to go to cosmetology school after getting my license to become a licensed cosmetologist . It was a journey leading up to getting my license but I allowed God to lead me along the way . I begin to have a change of heart after a few years in . God begin to lead me to another area of business which was to help women know their purpose in business but not only that to build a business that honors him starting out I didn’t honor God completely with my business but once I begin to see how important it was to honor him not just in my personal life but
In business everything changed and he gave me let’s talk business with God . It started with a name and an idea to have conversations on zoom with women and in faith as I would hear from God I would move in obedience to his will in business . I am so grateful to help women discover there purpose in business and build a business that is pleasing to God and have a community that helps them grow , be held accountable ,serve be loved on and pushed in purpose in business . I let Go of my salon suite and many other things to pursue what God was leading me to do which I realize is far more valuable then hair . I don’t regret it and I am more free and joyful than I have ever been . I’m thankful for everything that I had to learn so that God could show me that his way is the only way and the best way of doing business and my heart is that women no matter the age or location will walk in purpose in business and expand God’s kingdom in the earth through business and help others along the way .
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It wasn’t a smooth road at times . It was difficult transitioning to something so unfamiliar but yet so urgent on my heart . At times I would think I’m stepping back from doing hair to do something with no financial help to start this business no loans no grants and no handout but I still trusted God . Some challenges I faced was fear , rejection . At times I became fearful of the what if’s , what if I made the wrong choice or if it was the wrong time , I was rejected in many ways the start of excitement from others to being ghosted or not being accepted because I choose to stand on biblical truth . I’ve faced many challenges and I’m still faced with challenges but now I look at them differently and I appreciate them because had I not been faced with challenges it wouldn’t help me grow and mature and learn how to deal with them the right way .

Let’s talk business with God is a community for women who desire to do business with God the kingdom way for entrepreneurs and business owners . We stand on biblical principles and are pushed to honor God in every part of our business and to push for purpose we have corporate zoom meetings where we have real conversations about things we deal with as business owners and entrepreneurs but we see how God would want us to respond. But in addition to that we also have webinars and resources available to help us better understand the business side of business. What sets us apart from others is that it was a business built on Christ in faith while also being a mom or 3 and a wife .we have women from all over the world join us from different businesses and different places in business. We are led by the holyspirit in all that we do and are truly bible based . we have times of prayer , challenges and opportunities to network with other businesses and things to keep us connected throughout the week . We are firm on our core values to ensure that we are doing business from a place of God’s love and to ensure that no one is perfect and we all have something inside of us and we need others and to always be reminded of the heart of Jesus and to not just speak about it but live it out in business . What I’m most proud of is that even though currently I may not have thousands of dollars to do things I’m proud to say that God has provided everything that is needed thus far to build the brand he desires to be spread throughout the nation . I want readers to know that any business without God won’t work but luke 1:37 nothing is impossible WITH God and my prayer is that you would find a community that will help push you into what God has purposed you to do in business. If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
We feel that the only thing that is most important is relationship with Christ and the qualities of excellence in all areas will lead to Godly characteristics which are in our case the fruit of the spirit which again will lead to things needed connected to business like customer service , commitment etc
