Today we’d like to introduce you to Manuela Goez
Hi Manuela, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into the world of event planning has been an unexpected yet deeply fulfilling adventure. 360 Emotions actually began with my father back in Colombia, long before I ever considered a career in events. At the time, I wasn’t fully immersed in the industry, but I always found joy in creating any possible excuse to celebrate. I loved organizing gatherings with friends, planning themed parties, and bringing people together in meaningful ways.
It wasn’t until I moved to the U.S. that I truly discovered my passion. After working with a wedding planner, I fell in love with the event industry—every detail, every moment, and the magic of turning visions into reality. But I quickly realized that my passion extended beyond just planning events; I wanted to create experiences that left a lasting impact.
When my father decided to bring 360 Emotions from Colombia to the U.S., he invited me to be part of the journey with him. That’s when everything clicked. The deeper I dove into the world of 360 Emotions, the more I understood how we, as humans, experience life through our senses—how emotions are deeply intertwined with everything we see, hear, touch, taste, and smell. It transformed the way I approached events, making me even more passionate about crafting experiences that fully immerse people in the moment.
Now, as the Creative Director of 360 Emotions, I get to merge my love for planning with my passion for sensory-driven experiences. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate event, or a private celebration, my goal is to create moments that people don’t just witness but truly feel. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what events can be.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all—it has been far from a smooth road. My journey as an entrepreneur has been filled with ups and downs, moments of clarity and moments of doubt. There have been times when I had to put my dream on hold, especially as I became a mother and my priorities shifted. Being a mom is one of the most beautiful yet demanding roles, and there were points where I questioned if I could truly balance both—my passion for building 360 Emotions and my responsibility to my children.
But through all of it, I never let go of the fact that this is what I truly want. Every challenge, every moment of uncertainty has only fueled my determination to keep going. I’ve learned to give myself grace, to embrace the process, and to understand that success isn’t a straight line—it’s a series of setbacks, lessons, and small victories that build up over time.
This journey has tested me in ways I never imagined, but it has also shaped me into the entrepreneur and person I am today. No matter how hard it gets, I remind myself why I started, and that keeps me moving forward.
We’ve been impressed with 360 Emotions, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
360 Emotions is an event planning company specializing in creating multi-sensory experiences that go beyond the ordinary. We don’t just plan events—we craft moments that engage all five senses, leaving lasting impressions.
What sets us apart is our focus on emotions and human connection. From weddings to corporate events, we design immersive experiences where every detail—from scent and sound to taste and touch—works together to tell a story.
I’m most proud of how 360 Emotions transforms events into unforgettable journeys. Our goal is for guests to not only remember an event but to feel it long after it’s over.
What are your plans for the future?
The future of 360 Emotions is about growth, impact, and deeper connections. I envision expanding our reach, creating even more immersive experiences, and pushing the boundaries of how events can evoke emotions. I want to continue elevating the way people experience celebrations—turning them into stories that stay with them forever.
Personally, I’m embracing my journey as both an entrepreneur and a mother. It hasn’t been easy balancing both, but I’ve learned that growth doesn’t happen overnight—it happens in the small, consistent steps we take. I’m looking forward to refining my craft, building a stronger team, and exploring new creative concepts that redefine what an event can be.
Big changes? Absolutely. I see 360 Emotions evolving into something much greater than an event planning company. I want it to be an experience-driven movement, where people don’t just attend events—they feel them, live them, and remember them in a way that touches their hearts.
