Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started this business in October 2022 offering window cleaning only. I had a friend in the UK who already had a well established and successful window cleaning business and I thought it was a great business opportunity for me here, in Fl. The following year I added soft/pressure washing services and a year after that I added house cleaning services. It was always my goal and vision to be able to be a full service cleaning company offering interior and exterior cleanings, be a one stop shop for customers. As more services were added, the busier we (my husband and I)got and now I have an employee (adding more as need arises)
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Thankfully the community here is very supportive and we had a great start. We had some challenges with equipment mostly but we learned a lot about what works best for us and our customers, what equipment we should use and how to properly maintain them. It’s been great so far and we look forward to growing 🙂
We’ve been impressed with Eddie’s Cleaning Services, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We offer professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and house cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
We are locally owned and operated. Because of this, we give your home/store the personal service and attention it deserves.
We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.
How do you think about luck?
Luck has certainly played a role in my journey, but I believe success is about making the most of the opportunities that come your way. I have had some good luck, like meeting the right clients at the right time or getting a referral that led to a big contract. On the other hand I’ve also faced challenges like unexpected expenses or slower season. I also learned that preparation, hard work and persistence help turn bad luck into learning experiences and good luck into lasting success.
