Today we’d like to introduce you to Pablo Arosa.
Hi Pablo, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am an Electronic Engineer originally from Argentina and currently based in Orlando, Florida. Since I was very young I’ve been passionate about understanding how things work and finding ways to repair them. Over time I learned that engineering is not only about technical knowledge, but about solving real problems for people.
When I moved to the United States, I started from zero. While learning the language and adapting to a new work system, I provided services in homes and businesses. By entering different houses every day, I began to notice a recurring situation: many homeowners were facing equipment failures and ended up replacing them without knowing if it was truly necessary, simply because they lacked a clear and trustworthy diagnosis.
My company Living To The Greenest was already operating in the cleaning field, but this direct experience inside people’s homes gave rise to a new branch within the company: technical consulting and equipment optimization for homes and small businesses.
My approach is always to repair and optimize before replacing. This not only represents significant savings for my clients, but also promotes a more responsible and sustainable way of operating by reducing unnecessary waste.
My goal is not to be just another contractor. I want to become a trusted technical advisor in the community — someone people can call before making an expensive decision.
My story is about adapting to a new country, growing professionally, and building relationships based on trust, work, and real solutions for the local community.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting over in a new country was the biggest challenge. I had to balance family responsibilities while building my business from zero, learning how the U.S. system works, permits, expectations, and customer service standards.
Another challenge was transitioning from being only a technician to becoming a problem-solver and advisor for clients. It required building trust and understanding not just how to repair something, but how to guide people to make the best decision.
Every obstacle forced me to grow — in professionalism and mindset. Today those early difficulties became the foundation of my business philosophy: honesty, clarity, and helping customers avoid unnecessary expenses.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Living to the Greenest?
Living to the Greenest is a home service company based in Orlando focused on helping homeowners protect, maintain and understand their homes in a smarter and more sustainable way.
We started as a cleaning service, but quickly evolved into something much bigger. Today we specialize in property care, preventive maintenance and home consulting. Our goal is not only to clean or repair — it is to guide homeowners so they avoid unnecessary expenses, wrong diagnoses and overpriced repairs.
Many homeowners don’t know if they actually need a replacement, a repair or just proper maintenance. That’s where we come in. We inspect, explain and help clients make informed decisions before they spend money.
What makes us different is transparency and education. We don’t just do the job — we teach the homeowner what is happening in their house and how to prevent future problems. We act as the client’s ally, not as a company trying to sell a service.
We are proud to build trust with families who feel safer knowing someone honest is looking after their home.
Our mission is simple:
Help people save money, avoid stress and take control of their home.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was always curious and hands-on. I liked understanding how things worked and fixing or building objects rather than just using them. I was independent, responsible, and enjoyed helping others solve problems. I wasn’t the loudest person in the room, but I was observant and determined — once I started something, I wanted to finish it right. I was especially interested in electronics, mechanics, and anything practical that required creativity and logic.
