Roman , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My business partner Raymond and I started R&R Orthopedic Physical Therapy about two years ago. With our backgrounds rooted in outpatient orthopedic clinics, we witnessed firsthand how challenging it can be for some patients to attend physical therapy multiple times per week, especially those with demanding work schedules, limited transportation, or family responsibilities.
We saw a gap in the market. Traditional home health PT typically focuses on patients who need help with basic mobility and daily tasks. But there were few, if any, mobile options for active individuals or post-op patients who needed the same level of care you’d expect from a high-quality outpatient clinic.
That’s why we launched R&R—to bring expert-level orthopedic physical therapy directly to our patients, wherever they are. We travel with a treatment table, resistance bands, and the tools needed for hands-on manual therapy, so we can deliver a personalized, clinic-caliber experience in the comfort of their home. Our goal is simple: make exceptional physical therapy more accessible, convenient, and tailored to the needs of modern life.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but each challenge has played a role in shaping the business. Early on, one of the biggest struggles was learning all the ins and outs of running a business. Marketing, operations, and technology systems aren’t part of traditional physical therapy training. We also faced the challenge of building trust as a new mobile practice in a community used to traditional clinic models.

R&R Orthopedic Physical Therapy is a mobile physical therapy practice serving the greater Orlando area. We specialize in orthopedic rehab, injury prevention, and performance optimization—bringing expert-level care directly to patients’ homes. What sets us apart is the combination of convenience, personalization, and advanced clinical expertise.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Each session is one-on-one, tailored, and focused on real progress. I’m proud that our brand reflects quality, trust, and a high standard of care. What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The biggest lesson we’ve learned is that growth often happens when you are out of your comfort zone. Starting and running a business forces you to wear a lot of different hats, many of which you’re not trained for. We’ve had to get comfortable with learning marketing, operations, and how to be more effective in splitting time between administrative work and patient care.
