Fence and Plus started with hands on experience and a simple goal : to provide quality fence work done the right way .The business was founded by an experienced fence installer who understood the craft ,reliability and treating customers with respect .What started as one person working ion the field quickly became a family effort as his wife joined to help manage the business side of the operations in 2014.
In the early days , every role was handled in -house -from estimates ,scheduling ,customer communication ,and administration. Through hard work , long hours , and a shared commitment to doing honest work , the business steadily grew, Word of mouth referrals played a major role , as customers continued to recommend Fence and Plus to their family and friends.What started as a smaller operation has grown into a successful business driven by teamwork ,perseverance , and pride in the work we do every day .
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like most small businesses , the journey has not been a completely smooth road . We have faced challenges with the changing economy related to rising material costs , competitors and supply delays . Each obstacle has pushed us to become more organized , adaptable , and intentional on how we operate . Every hurdle has become an opportunity to improve , and the lessons continue to shape how Fence and Plus shows up for our clients today .

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory is watching the adults around me work hard and take pride in what they built . That example is what still guides me as we run Fence and Plus .
