Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Jordan
Hi Tiffany, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my career with a bit of flair—literally running away with the circus as a performer with horses. From the start, I knew my version of success was going to look different. Still, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to: I earned an MBA in marketing and jumped into the corporate world, ready to climb the ladder. The lack of creative freedom and my desire for something of my own pushed me to start Coffee, Kids & Cocktails—a mom blog turned Instagram account, which eventually became a podcast. I poured everything I’d learned from my MBA into this side hustle, all while working a 9-to-5 job that no longer brought me joy.
I started collaborating with brands, testing marketing strategies, learning to read data, and teaching myself website design before content creation was even a career path. This opened doors I never knew existed.
As our family grew to three kids, I loved the flexibility and potential of my side hustle. But, like so many of us, I lacked the confidence to fully commit to it. So, I leaned back into my corporate experience and was hired as Head of Agency for a new marketing firm. I scaled the business from under 20 clients to over 120, managed a team, spoke at conferences, and taught business owners about the power of marketing. This role introduced me to business coaching, where I realized that success doesn’t have to follow a traditional path. You can take risks, build a business, and create a life you love—even if it doesn’t fit the mold.
My husband and I shared the same vision: to control our careers, be present for our kids, and dictate how much (or how little) we earn. That’s when we decided to move into entrepreneurship. He launched Reel in the Rays Pool & Spa, where I handle the marketing, and I transformed Coffee, Kids, &. Cocktails into my own self-branded business to help others carve out their own version of success. Through resources, courses, and one-on-one coaching, I now empower other entrepreneurs to do the same.
Because at the end of the day, success looks different.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The biggest challenge I’ve faced is battling self-doubt. I like to call her my “inner critic,” but honestly, she’s more like my inner bitch.
Some days, silencing her is easier than others. When self-doubt creeps in, I shift my focus to the bigger picture—those milestones I’ve hit that I once thought were impossible. I remind myself that I’ve built a community of over 50k people and that my podcast has surpassed 20k downloads. Those achievements didn’t happen by accident. It’s proof that I’m on the right path, even when the voice in my head tries to convince me otherwise.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Tiffany Jordan ?
I transitioned my business from Coffee, Kids, & Cocktails to my self-branded platform, Tiffany Jordan. I’m a mom, wife, marketing expert, and a firm believer that success isn’t one-size-fits-all. Over the past decade, I’ve gathered everything I’ve learned about marketing, and now I’m sharing it with you so you can build a business—and life—you love. There’s no gatekeeping here!
I’m committed to teaching you every strategy, tactic, and mindset shift that’s worked for me and the businesses I’ve helped, so you can win too. What sets me apart is that I don’t just focus on one area—I blend strategy, execution, and mindset to break marketing down into something you can actually use to grow a business that excites you. The best part about today’s world? There are endless ways to build a career, whether it’s through Etsy shops, online businesses, brick-and-mortar stores, affiliate marketing, or digital guides. You don’t have to be stuck in a corporate 9-to-5 to make a living.
With free resources, courses, and one-on-one coaching, we’ll find the perfect path to help you start living your version of success.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Online businesses are booming, and people are realizing they don’t need a traditional education to succeed. Instead, they can build on their own experiences and tap into the expertise of others in their industry to grow.
Whether someone wants to be an influencer, content creator, small shop owner, artist, or creative, there are countless avenues beyond a physical storefront. We now have the ability to create resources, promote products or services from other experts, and still make money. You can learn almost anything online—whether free or paid—and even work directly with experts to grow in any area you choose.
The biggest shift I’m seeing is that people are getting more specific about what they want to learn. Niche services and products are thriving because they solve very specific problems for targeted audiences. I also think the demand for authenticity is only going to increase. People crave connection—they want to relate to someone’s story and then look to them for guidance and support.
