Hi Tiffany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I was working in different shops in Orlando and I was always meeting roadblocks as a mom and a creative.
I needed more flexibility and I knew the way to make that happen was to open The Paint Parlor. Creativity is a space that allowed artists the flexibility to create their art on their terms.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not always, but I’m a firm believer that if you set your mind to it it can be done and that’s what happened. Being a first-time business owner in this industry was a learning curve but I learned and now we’re thriving.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a full-service tattoo shop, and we sell spray paint for local artists.
We have six artists including myself. We are an environment where everyone is accepted and welcomed. The Paint Parlor has naturally thrived and that’s something I’m immensely proud of.
Who else deserves credit for your story?
I can name a million people and I would still leave out a few. I have had so much support from my community, my family, and my friends.
