My journey with Remarkable FL Notary, LLC began with a vision to create a notary business that not only provides exceptional services but also genuinely connects with people. I was inspired by having a conversation with my mother who encouraged and motivated me to become a notary and start a notary business. From that conversation, I was then inspired to blend my background in social work and my passion for helping others in meaningful ways as I began the journey to becoming a notary. I saw an opportunity to use notary services as a platform to support individuals during pivotal moments in their lives—whether it’s general notary work, estate planning, apostille assistance, remote online notarizations, school-related services, or officiating weddings. I invest time in understanding my clients’ unique needs and providing personalized services. Starting from scratch, I worked tirelessly to learn the ropes of the notary industry, while leaning on the guidance of a phenomenal notary coach-Sierra Walker through enrolling into her notary program-The Notary Business Blueprint which has helped me elevate my business to new heights. Today, Remarkable FL Notary, LLC is thriving because of that dedication, and our motto, ‘Making your notary experience truly remarkable,’ reflects everything we stand for. My focus remains on delivering a seamless experience and extending my impact by blending notary services with social work initiatives.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road to building Remarkable FL Notary, LLC has been anything but smooth, but every challenge has been a learning opportunity. The transition from my background in social work to the notary field required a steep learning curve, particularly in understanding the nuances of notarial law and managing a business. One of the biggest obstacles was gaining visibility in a competitive market. Starting out, I had to find creative ways to market my services while building trust with clients. Another challenge was breaking into a field where trust is paramount, and clients often rely on word-of-mouth recommendations. Building that trust took time, consistency, and a lot of outreach. It wasn’t easy, but I leaned into networking, sought guidance from a notary coach and stayed committed to learning as I overcame these hurdles. Today, I look back at those tough moments as the fuel that drove me to create a business that truly makes a difference as it taught me resilience and has shaped the solid foundation my business stands on today.
