Hi Michelle, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Michelle Welch, I am a 28-year-old Momtrepreneur located in Orlando, FL. I am no stranger to entrepreneurship. I grew up in an entrepreneurial household where I quickly learned the importance of strong work ethic and unyielding determination. In 2017 I founded and launched my first two business ventures: Queen Cleaning Concepts A full-service cleaning business and a millennial-style catering and meal prep company. In 2018 I started my first women’s resource network, currently known as “Momtrepreneur Link Up.” Welch Enterprise Services, which is my full-service commercial-style cleaning company and Prima Business Solutions are my two main operating businesses currently.
Prima Business Solutions offers cleaning industry coaching, Branding & Marketing, Business management, content creation, digital product creation and more. The ultimate goal is to have an all-inclusive approach to fulfill all the business’s foundational and growth needs. I have transformed my strong passion for brand and business building by becoming a certified Life and Business Coach. Working in industries such as a brick-and-mortar Frozen yogurt bar, tax preparers office and concert series to name a few. Highlighting the large importance behind time management and productivity -I combine the clarity, accountability and support with the more technical side of business, such as: Building a strong foundation, sales, marketing, lead generation etc. I have over a decade working with start-ups, managing business and project management. I have had the opportunity to utilize my gift and experience to help new business owners how to be successful in their endeavors through foundational building and strategic planning and help experienced owners un-learn and relearn what it takes to be successful in this new generation of consumers. At my core I am a strong mother for my two boys, Landon and Trevor, who keep me pushing toward success, freedom and wealth everyday!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Up until this point, the biggest struggle was the pandemic. Re-learning and pivoting wasn’t in my Q1 strategy, lol. However when life happens, it’s either going to consume you or propel you. It’s all about your mindset and how you reposition yourself.
