Amanda, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started cooking with my great grandmother and grandmothers at a young age. I always had a passion for good food. As I grew up that passion grew into wanting to learn more about cooking techniques and cuisine from all over the world.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Unfortunately it hasn’t always been a smooth road. The thing I have learned is that the business life isn’t for the faint of heart especially when you are in the food industry. There’s a lot of licenses, insurance, expensive cooking equipment, fluctuating food costs, and competition. It’s alot to navigate at times and can be overwhelming for most people.
