Hi Artisan, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Artisan Experience was born in 2019 in the state of Florida as an innovative alternative in gastronomy and events for individuals and businesses, operating through social and corporate catering, a tent setup, or a food truck.
The company emerged from a family dream that, thanks to love and teamwork, has grown from a small venture into an expanding business. Little by little, it has gained a foothold in the Orlando metropolitan market by offering fresh, healthy food—low in fat and free of preservatives.
Our motto is to win hearts through great food, refreshing beverages, and excellent service, which together create life’s most unforgettable moments.
Artisan specializes in sweet and savory crepes and waffles, which was the original concept of our culinary service. However, we have adapted to the American palate by making some variations to conquer the market while staying true to the brand’s essence.
Now, our brand offers a broad menu that includes savory crepes, labeled as “Special Crepes”, quesadillas, sweet and savory waffles, nachos, and sweet crepes. We also feature our signature homemade lemonade.
As a family-owned business made up of five members, each of us contributes our talents and expertise, allowing us to stay active, innovate, and explore new channels to expand the brand and drive the company’s growth.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The company’s growth process is a constant challenge. Entering the market and competing with traditional offerings was not easy—after all, burgers, hot dogs, pizza, and fries are delicious, convenient, and enjoyed by everyone at some point in life. When facing such a well-established market, few people are willing to make a change and try something new.
A portion of consumers in Florida are traditional; they may be hesitant to order something different. Many are unfamiliar with crepes, and while they recognize waffles, they often associate both with sweet breakfast items.
At the beginning of the business, this perception affected us, making us question whether we had chosen the right culinary concept for Artisan Experience. However, our confidence in the quality of our product kept us committed to our vision. That same determination has ultimately led to increased revenue and strengthened our brand.
We’ve been impressed with Wevents LLC – Artisan Experience, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Artisan Experience, we organize your events—not only do we plan the food, but we also support our clients with event planning, decoration, and design, whether for social or corporate gatherings. We turn event ideas into dream celebrations. So, we encourage our readers to request a quote—no matter how big or small your gathering is, we are here to serve you.
We have also delighted honorees and birthday celebrants with surprise breakfasts, lunches, or dinners filled with love, special details, and joy. This is another way to get to know us and experience our gastronomy and service.
We firmly believe in “Customer Service”—our clients are the heart of our company. We listen to them, we want them to be happy, and we strive to make them fall in love with our food. Some ask if we have a fixed location, but for now, we travel all around Orlando and its surrounding areas, actively participating in events and festivities in different cities.
What sets us apart is the attention to detail in how we serve our dishes, especially our sweets. Hearts, little trees, and other decorative elements make our creations so visually appealing that many customers take photos to share on their social media.
As you know, Artisan Experience is a family business where each member contributes their unique talents. We want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate the effort of parents who guide their children through the journey of entrepreneurship—it is undoubtedly an incredible learning experience for them. Likewise, we are grateful to the children who pour their passion and skills into a business that may not be their own but certainly shapes their mindset and character for the ventures they will one day create.
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
I believe that COVID-19 taught all companies the importance of constant innovation and the confidence to embrace virtual platforms, ensuring that businesses continue to thrive and gain visibility through social media. It is essential to maintain a strong online presence and adapt to the challenges posed by the world and society.
