Inspiring Conversations with Ashley Reed of Her Yoni Factory

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Reed.

Hi Ashley, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started out in search of healing. I was going thru a separation from my wife and was looking for ways to get back to me. On the journey, I met an herbalist in Atlanta, who was the founder of vaginal detoxes by the name of Yoni pops. She wanted me to try them out in order to heal my Yoni (vagina) from past lovers and also to bring me aboard as a representative for her product. I tried it and immediately was a fan. So I went into business for myself in 2019, selling Yoni Pops only.

Shortly after, I moved to Orlando for a fresh start and because I was new here majority of my sales from Yoni pops were coming from other states. I did a lot of marketing on social media and word-of-mouth advertising. Fast forward, the business relationship between myself and the herbalist was no longer conducive to me, and I wanted to expand as an entrepreneur. As of this year, after herb and mineral research, I have changed my business name to @Her_Yoni_Factory and expanded by selling all-natural Yoni soaps, Yoni wipes and Yoni feminine wash. All products are handcrafted and made by me. I still offer the vaginal detoxes as well. My products are reaching more women who trust me and because of GOD, I’m being led to reach more women locally thru vendor shows and word of mouth. I’m so excited to say my marriage has restored and better than ever, and I’m evolving as a black woman entrepreneur looking to help women understand the importance of caring for themselves and their Yoni the NATURAL WAY.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
At one point of my life, the sales from Yoni pops was the only income I had, and there were times that I couldn’t afford proper packaging. So that lead to upset customers, damaged goods, etc. Again I give God the glory that I’ve been able to redeem myself, perfect packaging as well as regain some customers back that I lost. When I changed my mind, my perspective and included GOD, every Loss turned into a Lesson.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Her Yoni Factory formerly known as YoniPopMePlease, specialize in natural products specifically made to enhance the Yoni. I make them in my own kitchen, natural products that balance the woman’s vaginal Ph to help fight off bad bacteria’s, restore vaginal sensitivity, remove unwanted odors, enhance their sexual life and all while keeping them feeling FRESH!

My brand and products are made by a woman to take other women on this journey with me to a healthier Yoni. I believe that our life-giver (Yoni) is one of the most degraded and forgot about because we only talk about it in derogatory ways, never on how to properly treat her or care for her, and that’s where I come in. The better you care for your Yoni the better she will respond. I’m not really pressed about being set apart from other businesses who offer these products because what is for me nobody can touch, plus there is enough business out here for us all. I think as long as we all have the same motive to educate and enhance the woman’s vagina by only using natural products, then that is the main goal… that’s my motto. My products are inexpensive yet very effective and filled with love and pure intent.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
That with GOD, faith, consistency and prayer, my small business will be a big business and open a lot of doors as I go forward.
