Inspiring Conversations with Briana Ross of Briana Ross | Florida REALTOR®

Today we’d like to introduce you to Briana Ross

Hi Briana, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey into real estate has been a long time coming—almost ten years in the making! Before becoming a realtor, I started out in sales and later transitioned into entrepreneurship, running my own business as a branding consultant, marketer, and graphic designer. I had the opportunity to work with some incredible real estate teams in the Atlanta and Raleigh area, helping them with branding, marketing, content creation, and operations. Those experiences gave me an inside look at the industry, and I found myself drawn to it more and more.

Beyond my professional experience, I’ve also been on the other side as a homeowner, having both bought and sold property. Those personal experiences made me realize how much guidance, support, and education matter during the process. Being in real estate feels like the perfect fit. It’s been such a rewarding journey, and I love that I get to help people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives while building real relationships along the way.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This journey has been far from easy! For years, I thought about getting my real estate license, but I always managed to talk myself out of it. I felt nervous about everything I’d need to know to be successful, and the thought of stepping into an entirely new industry was overwhelming.

The first time I attempted to get my license, I didn’t even finish the pre-licensing course. At the time, I was juggling my branding and marketing business, working with clients, family, and trying to keep up with everything—it just felt like too much. Then, when I finally decided to give it another shot, I was determined to push through. But just as I was wrapping up my coursework and preparing for my licensing exam, I found out I was pregnant with. our third child! I’ll be honest—there was a moment when I considered quitting again. The timing felt crazy, and I wasn’t sure how I’d manage it all.

However, I stuck with it, and I’m so glad I did. Becoming a realtor has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made. It allows me to do something I love, connect with amazing people, and still be present with my family. I even get to bring my little one along sometimes, which is such a blessing. Looking back, every challenge along the way made this journey even sweeter.

We’ve been impressed with Briana Ross | Florida REALTOR®, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As a realtor here in Orlando, I believe real estate is about so much more than just buying and selling homes—it’s about people, relationships, and creating a seamless experience during one of life’s biggest transitions. I specialize in working with buyers relocating to Central Florida and local sellers looking to make their next move. What sets me apart is my background in branding and marketing, which allows me to bring a unique perspective to real estate, especially when it comes to showcasing homes in a way that attracts the right buyers.

I take pride in making my clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the entire process. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer navigate the journey or working with a seller to position their home effectively in the market, my goal is always to make the experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the relationships I build with my clients. This isn’t just a transaction to me—I truly care about the people I work with. I want my clients to feel like they have a trusted advisor, not just during the sale but beyond that as well. When you work with me, you’re getting more than a realtor—you’re gaining a partner and friend who is committed to helping you reach their real estate goals.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is my family and being present with them. They are my greatest motivation and the reason I push myself to grow, not just in my career but as a person. My husband and I have built a strong partnership, supporting each other’s dreams while creating a life that allows us to be there for our children. His hard work and dedication inspire me daily, and together, we’re working toward a future that gives our family financial freedom and the ability to truly enjoy life.

As much as I love what I do in real estate, nothing compares to the joy of watching my children grow, creating memories with them, and sharing those moments with my husband. One of the things I’m most grateful for is having a career that offers me the flexibility to be both a dedicated professional and a present wife and mom. I never take that for granted.

At the end of the day, success to me isn’t just about numbers or transactions—it’s about the freedom to be there for my family, to support my husband as he works toward his own goals, to encourage my children in their dreams, and to create a life filled with meaningful experiences. That’s what drives me every single day.
