Hi Charnell, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I started Dluxe Vegan from an experience I had in 2021; a spiritual awakening. That year, I endured a lot of heavy grief, setbacks, delays, etc. One morning during April 2021, I magically woke up & no longer wanted to consume animal products but only fresh foods. I realized that not only had I been healing spiritually but mentally as well. That shifted my vibration, which made me crave more high vibrational foods. Then, I received the idea to share what I’m eating with others & gave birth to Dluxe Vegan.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’ve enjoyed my journey, I must say. Although one struggle I’ve had as a beginner vegan was mistakenly eating things that are considered not vegan. I have learned you have to properly do your research and don’t punish yourself for a mistake. Just continue along your journey, & do your research.

Dluxe Vegan is known for soulful cooking. It started as a recipe vlog for beginner vegans that later began to build a community. Now, we travel and offer catering services as we have perfected our craft and look forward to serving others a luxury vegan experience.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memory is being gifted my first Easy Bake Oven at 7 years old. I’ve always had a passion for cooking, and that gift will forever remain close to my heart.
