Inspiring Conversations with Christopher Beverly of Noblegate Realty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christopher Beverly.

Christopher, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Living in Orlando, Florida for over 20 years. Attending and graduated from University of Central Florida. With a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Shortly after college ran an online service-based company. I was mixing and mastering music for labels and artists in 30 plus countries. Currently working as a Realtor here in Florida. Became a licensed Realtor in February of 2020. Even during the pandemic, I was able to sell over $2,000,000 in real estate or helping over ten families find their dream home.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road wasn’t easy. Being a black male in this world, I have had my setbacks and lack of opportunities. During my studies at University of Central Florida, I worked at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. While working here, I have faced racism and being the only black person to work at the office. This situation pushed me to switch industry and careers where I can be my own boss and limit the amount of racism that is around me.

As you know, we’re big fans of Noblegate Realty. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
As a Realtor, I do not limit myself to where I serve. I have sold homes in Winter Park, Windermere, Orlando, Davenport, Fort Pierce, and Sanford. I specialize in representing buyers and sellers. I have helped sellers sell their home well above list and appraisal price. What separates me from others is my work ethic and loyalty. I will work with you throughout the process, no matter what. I am most proud of how much care I give my clients, I treat your money as If it was my own. Always looking to save my buyers money from getting them new roofs before they move in or getting buyers cash back for repairs.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Patience, persistence, and determination. Achieving success is something that should occur daily. I am able to stay on course no matter the setbacks or obstacles. I am an innovator thinker and I use this quality to help buyers and sellers in every way.
