Today we’d like to introduce you to Christopher Rice.
Hi Christopher, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
There is a lot to be said about creating. Everyone for the most part has the ability to make something. Every day a vast majority of people do it to sustain life. As I did, however the FREEDOM to have my own say in what i create. As well as the ability to create my own income has always been a thought. In lifes journey, some things come easy while others are an uphill battle to accomplish. For me my biggest joy & challenge. Has been starting my business. With nothing but a loaned push mower. I started walking around knocking on doors. & realized that not only was I solving my problem to create on my own terms. As well as improve my income. Additionally, I grew to be able to feed other people. & that is the most important & gear driven parts to my life. I’ve realized that my success allows others to grow. Every day is an opportunity to help yourself. & through this, you have the ability to choose helping others. I greatly look forward to what is to come. & sharing my story for others to learn/be motivated by. & to create high quality careers for people. & solve problems!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Very difficult, it took me multiple years to get self-sufficient & sustainable. With no funding – investors – or start-up money. Or even education on business. It was a serious learning experience. As I am still learning more & more everyday. However, with time things to be getting more smooth in the sense of operational energy.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a landscape design – tree service – & hardscape installer. What sets me apart from others in the industry is predominately my age & marketing. Most people in business are over 40 & do no forms of marketing etc. Most people barely have a social media page. Much less a website.
Most proud of my advertisement in small businesses & church bulletin. Helping them with some added revenue & also building my brand. As well as our charity work. We do a considerable amount of charity work.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
That my goal is to do public speaking & teach others about the business & how to grow. (writing books – courses – etc.)
