Hi Cristiane, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my career very young, when I was still a teenager, working for my family’s company in the retail sector. At the age of 26, I made a career transition and started working as a business consultant. It all started when my thesis for my undergraduate degree in business administration was chosen as one of the best at the university. From that moment on, I began to be invited to give lectures on the topic of leadership, which is my area of study. From that moment on, I began my professional transition. I opened my own consulting firm focused on companies and careers. I have assisted more than 170 companies.
I am very identified with my work and career, in fact, where I feel like I am fulfilling a purpose, and I never spare any effort to learn more. However, with the experience of spirituality, I learned better to also invest in all areas of my existence so that I could feel happier, more responsible and fulfilled. When I became a mother, my perspective on life also changed a lot, I experienced inexplicable love. I lived in Brazil until I was 44 years old, my country with heart and soul. But I have also always been a trailblazer. I lived in England when I was 18 years old, traveled to take several courses in different places and cultures, studied for a doctorate and post-doctorate in Argentina, worked in several states in Brazil, and gave lectures in some countries. In 2023, I launched my first book in Brazil and the USA, about fraternal leadership in the era of metaconsciousness. Finally, to top it off, I met my teenage love again at the age of 44 and immigrated to live with him and start a new life in Florida. With the support of my son, who is a music producer and lives in Brazil, I am building a new existence in this different culture step by step and expanding my life perspectives.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has never been easy, I have always faced major challenges, but they have all made me a better person and professional. First of all, I was very young when I got pregnant, and at the age of 20 I had to manage many challenges at the same time. We went through the bankruptcy of the family business and that was both difficult and a rebirth, a door that opened for us to make a new story.I already had countless responsibilities with work and ongoing studies, and then my study transition came about, as I studied law for almost 3 years, changed to administration, which was my passion, closed the company I was managing and opened my own consultancy, started teaching at the university and in the midst of changing careers as a retail businesswoman, I became a corporate consultant. In the meantime, I filed for divorce. In short, everything always took a lot of effort, dedication and constant search for a life that had meaning and purpose for me. I also worked as a TV commentator, newspaper columnist, radio, and always studying something different until I completed my post-doctorate. As if so many challenges weren’t enough, at the age of 44, I decided to immigrate to the USA, and a new life began, with so many other challenges to face.

My spiritual life is the basis of everything that brings happiness to all other areas, it feeds me and gives me energy and life to be a better person. With my spiritual guide Benjamin Teixiera de Aguiar, of whom I have been a student for over 20 years, I learn the true meaning of happiness. Being a mother brings me great happiness because there is no way to express the love a mother feels. In addition, I have a magnificent relationship with my son.
