Today we’d like to introduce you to Daclikk. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Daclikk was formed by talented artists from Jacksonville FL, Bronx, NY & Boston Massachusetts. Three guys who in all honesty were in the right place at the right time. You could say maybe it was destined to happen. The same passion, the same drive, the same goal to be heard and to make a difference. It’s something that happened organically. We’ve been close ever since, blood couldn’t make us any closer. We are bringing Hip- Hop back. Treythadon is from Jacksonville, P.O.E.T X is from Boston Massachusetts and LR is from Bronx, NY. We also can’t forget Sin who’s our engineer, he’s from Queens, NY. We currently reside in Orlando, Florida.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road, but we always come together and figure it out. I’ll say we’ve been through a lot from the moment we came together. We’ve seen a lot of things happen and understand what can happen if we aren’t on the same page. The struggle would be just getting our name out more, but we are steady working everyday. The hardest part of being independent is trying to get that traction. Just trying to get someone to listen, especially when you know the music is great.

Daclikk entertainment is an indie label. The artist of the label is TreyThaDon, LR & Poet X, & our engineer sinister. We specialize in hip hop music & we are known for our lyrics. What sets us apart from other artists is the originality we bring to hip-hop and we have a great camaraderie together, and of course our music is the best sonically you will ever hear! We are most proud of how far we came. We started one year and a half and we have our second music video on YouTube sitting at 44,000 views. We are very proud. I would want you guys to know that we offer the best hip hop out, we are open to doing shows and we also have merchandise on the way!
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
We would say always keep your options open, but never settle. We are all about building connections as well. Finding the right mentor would be all about the feel and the connection we could form.
