Today we’d like to introduce you to Darien Holder.
Hi Darien, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
When it comes to fitness and working out. I started years ago. I’ve been working out for over eight years. I started because I noticed that my dad worked out and in the tv shows I watched the characters worked out.
Today I’m working on building my online fitness business where I help people lose weight and keep it off year round without doing a strict diet. I do it all off of my Instagram page @darienprincefitness.
I also working on becoming a funded trader. Trading indices and forex instead of trading stocks. I got interested in that around 2017 and was on and off with it for a while. I got very consistent with it this year and got funded $200k but that fell off because the company wasn’t the best so now I’m working on getting funded again through another company.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. For building the fitness business. I started doing that back in 2018-2019 time but then stopped because I didn’t know how to navigate through the pandemic.
Since then, I was debating back and forth on continuing with the page or not. Today I’ve been consistent with it for over two months and I’m learning from a program on how to do better.
In regards to trading, the struggle is mostly the psychological part. Trading is mostly psychological.
We’ve been impressed with Prince Wealth Fitness, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I help men burn fat and build muscle without strict diets. I’m known for being staying lean year round without doing a strict diet. All while having a decent physique. More people than I can count say I need to compete in a men’s physique show or bodybuilding show.
What sets me apart from others is that lots of other trainers and coaches say is that you need to do food restrictions and track macros to get the body you want while I say the opposite. Nutrition is where most of the results come from and there’s a much more simple way to go about it when it comes to building muscle while keeping your abs. Typically people think you need to put on a bunch of fat to build muscle but that’s not the truth.
If someone were to sign up with my coaching. I’d teach them how to do this for the rest of their life no matter what phase of life they’re in instead of only making a custom meal plan and workout plan.
