Hi Dean, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Honestly, our story started pretty small. Back in 2009, we were just selling Christian t-shirts out of a tiny 500 sq. ft. space. Not long after, we bought our first Direct to Garment (DTG) printer—and that’s really where things took off. Fast forward 16 years, and 4C Print Shop has grown into a full-service printing company offering DTG, Direct to Film (DTF), Direct to Film Ultra-Violet (DTF UV), and embroidery services for both wholesale and retail customers.
Over the years, we’ve decorated more than 1.2 million items, expanded to 60 different products, and served over 1,000 happy customers. It’s been a journey fueled by hard work, faith, and a genuine passion for what we do. Our growth has come from staying true to our core values—making God a part of everything we do, maintaining integrity in the marketplace, supporting our local community, embracing change, and always putting our customers first.
What really sets us apart is the care we put into every order. Whether it’s one shirt or one hundred, we focus on quality, quick turnaround times, and treating every customer like family. From t-shirts to custom products and drop-shipping, our goal is simple: deliver great prints, great service, and turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. Like most small businesses, we started with limited resources, learning everything as we went. In the early days, it was just a lot of long nights, trial and error, and trying to keep up with growing demand while maintaining quality. As we expanded, there were challenges with equipment upgrades, staffing, and finding the right systems to handle larger volumes.
Then came 2020, which brought its own set of challenges for everyone. We had to quickly adapt our operations, protect our team, and still find ways to serve customers who were also navigating uncertain times. But through it all, our faith and commitment to doing things the right way kept us grounded. Every challenge pushed us to grow stronger, become more efficient, and stay focused on why we started—to deliver great prints and take care of our customers.
