Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Courtney Bolduc.
Hi, Dr. Courtney. We appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
As a junior in high school, I was involved in a rollover car accident and found myself in a chiropractor’s office for the first time. The accident left me with debilitating headaches, but with consistent chiropractic care, I have been headache-free since then. I always had a passion for working with moms, kids, and babies, and when I learned about prenatal and pediatric chiropractic, I knew I had found my calling. After graduation, I worked in a thriving wellness practice in South Florida for about a year. I then moved to St. Petersburg and helped grow a fantastic prenatal and pediatric-focused Blossom Family Chiropractic office. Witnessing the incredible life changes that patients have every day is the driving force behind everything I do. Being an Orlando native, I knew it was time to come back home and serve my community, and that’s where Blossom Family Chiropractic Orlando was brought to life. Having an awesome relationship with the owner in St. Pete, we decided to expand the brand and bring family-focused centered care to the Orlando area.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Getting where I am now has been a humbling yet rewarding road. I have always been eager to learn as much as I can, and at the beginning of my career, I made sure to have the best mentors and absorb as much information as possible; as a new doctor, I struggled at times with the fear of failure or feeling like I wasn’t bringing my best. Being in practice is just that: practicing your craft daily, and with time comes confidence. And I am so thankful for those early years and not giving up.

Blossom Family Chiropractic is a family-centered chiropractic office located in Orlando’s Maitland/Winter Park area. Our office focuses on family wellness, emphasizing maternal health, pregnancy, and pediatric chiropractic care. Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the COVID-19 crisis?
We had to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. Being resilient and adapting to new situations became a valuable skill. Our office remained open during that time and still provided to the community during one of the most challenging times, showing that we can conquer so much more when we all come together, support each other, and show empathy.
