Today we’d like to introduce you to Evan Hovich.
Hi Evan, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
When I was 15, I was on my way home from an International Business competition. I wanted to start my own digital marketing and web development agency. I put away all the doubts of being so young and spent that time with a fellow peer writing a business plan of starting our own agency. I was going door to door, cold calling, and hustling to get my first client but nothing worked. I never gave up, A couple weeks later I signed my first client for $5,000 who originally rejected me because of my age. Fast forward, I grew my digital agency to clients all around America ranging in over 15 different in Industries. I soon started a podcast and a tarted building small businesses in e-commerce.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. My biggest downfall was last of experience. I learned so much through the process and was able to take my mistakes and develop from them and build a strong brand.

My first-ever business partner, Shaurya Kumar helped me learn how to balance. I had a habit of rushing into things and he helped me slow down and organize myself. A big support to all my hard work has always been my family, especially my grandparents. They always encouraged me to do better and would be upset if I didn’t live up to my potential.
