Inspiring Conversations with Glenn Booker of 100Units.com

Today we’d like to introduce you to Glenn Booker

Hi Glenn, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Meet Glenn Booker, Jr.—a true multifamily specialist and powerhouse who’s not just breaking barriers but redefining what’s possible in Orlando’s commercial real estate scene. With nearly a decade of multifamily management experience and a journey that took him from busboy to businessman, Glenn brings visionary leadership, exceptional business acumen, and an unbreakable collaborative spirit to every encounter. After 20 years in Atlanta, he’s now fully invested in Central Florida, where his impact reaches beyond the boardroom.
As Chairman of Junior Achievement’s Leadership Council, he champions the mission to inspire and empower future leaders, dedicating his time in classrooms to guide students toward brighter futures. Glenn Booker, Jr. isn’t just making waves—he’s creating a legacy that’s transforming Central Florida’s next generation of leaders.

Now, as part of 100Units.com he is elevating how investments are being acquired with vision, knowledge and precision.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it has not been easy navigating the landscape of Orlando and the commercial real estate market.
My original struggle was finding a culture to be a part of that truly resonates with my values. After searching many different groups to be a part of I found The Ark Network Group, Junior Achievement and the Citrus Club Toastmasters as my new home for growth and involvement.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about 100Units.com?
100Units.com is a commercial real estate brokerage that focuses on helping apartment building owners buy and sell apartment buildings here in Florida.
I’m a premier agent at the brokerage that specializes in the Orlando and Brevard County markets.
I’m known for being professional, knowledgeable, persistent and a leader in the community, championing great causes in the community.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Starting out: I wish I had a mentor to show me the best practices instead of learning from guessing and failing. While there is no mentor that is going to keep you from failing, they help minimize the failed attempts and catapult your successes.

My advice is:
Search for a mentor first.
While on that search, join a team. That way, you can learn which mistakes not to make before you find a mentor that meets your needs
