As Chairman of Junior Achievement’s Leadership Council, he champions the mission to inspire and empower future leaders, dedicating his time in classrooms to guide students toward brighter futures. I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it has not been easy navigating the landscape of Orlando and the commercial real estate market.
My original struggle was finding a culture to be a part of that truly resonates with my values. After searching many different groups to be a part of I found The Ark Network Group, Junior Achievement and the Citrus Club Toastmasters as my new home for growth and involvement.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Starting out: I wish I had a mentor to show me the best practices instead of learning from guessing and failing. While there is no mentor that is going to keep you from failing, they help minimize the failed attempts and catapult your successes.
My advice is:
Search for a mentor first.
While on that search, join a team. That way, you can learn which mistakes not to make before you find a mentor that meets your needs
