Inspiring Conversations with Grafton Roll of Artisan Furniture Warehouse Orlando

Today we’d like to introduce you to Grafton Roll

Hi Grafton, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We opened our doors with the plan to sell well-made strong solid wood furniture that radiates personality. It has been our honor to serve the people of Orlando for nearly 10 full years and we hope to continue for decades to come! We are a business of families, all three locations are operated by such and we strive to make you feel at home.

Behind the curtain we visit vendors/warehouses that are located mostly in India and Indonesia to acquire finds that just can’t be found anywhere else.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Importing comes with a slew of problems, and most of them are luck of the draw. From world events/holidays shutting down shipping lanes, or a simple lost truck, you can never be certain when product will make it into the store. Through patience, empathy, and understanding we have always made it to the other side of an issue (We also have the best customers in the world).

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Artisan Furniture Warehouse Orlando?
We are a family operated, import business, focusing mainly on hand-crafted solid wood furniture from around the world. Mostly sourced from the deserts of India, and the jungles of Indonesia we offer pieces that will “wow!” guests and start conversations. We believe in our furniture to be creative, strong, and well priced. Visiting our store will transport you to another world where exciting and awe inspiring furniture carries on for aisles. New arrivals are constant and we keep the merchandise rotating from the minute it comes off our truck and into the back of yours! Bring your own blankets and straps, and we will be happy to help load anything you purchase or setup a delivery local or far.
