Hi Jessica, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
It all started at 16, assisting at a salon after school, sweeping floors, and learning the ropes. From there, I grew into a stylist working at a commission salon, then took the leap to rent my own chair. Now, I’m so proud to have expanded into owning a salon, leading a team of incredible, passionate women.
I’m all about growth personally, professionally, and creatively. My mission is to teach, learn, and create beauty in every sense of the word!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been smooth sailing. I’ll admit, I didn’t learn the business side of things early on and I truly believe it’s something that should be taught right from the start. But through trial, error, and determination, I’ve learned how to operate my salon smoothly and profitably, even if it came later in my career.

I’ve built a salon dedicated to growing a team of passionate professionals who proudly serve the Orlando area and beyond. We’re a collective of talented makeup artists, brow specialists, colorists, and extension experts, all working together to create beauty and confidence.
Synergy and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. I firmly believe that when one of us wins, we all win. By supporting and uplifting each other, we create an environment where everyone can thrive and succeed.
It’s more than just a salon it’s a community built on collaboration, growth, and the love of making our clients feel their best.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I’m actually very introverted, despite having a super outgoing personality. Social situations can make me shy, but I’ve learned to blend in and adapt over time. A part of me truly enjoys quiet moments, but in our line of work, being social is essential so I’ve embraced it while staying true to myself.
