Today we’d like to introduce you to Kasey Jansik.
Hi Kasey, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started Weddings by Kasey in 2016 as a way to support brides through the stressful time of planning a wedding. So many people get caught up in the to-do lists and motions of planning that they sometimes forget that planning should be fun! From my very first wedding in 2016 I knew I was doing the right job because hearing my couples say “I feel better already after having talked to you” at the end of a consultation solidified that I am offering the right kind of support they needed. From my first couple to my most recent couple I have grown as a business and a business owner so much!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
When building my business I was working another full time job at a theme park and although the schedule was challenging I learned a lot of what I think is so important about hospitality and customer service from that role. I also learned alot about running a team effectively so ultimately when I left that role to pursue weddings full time I felt ready to offer the best client and vendor experience!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a wedding planner supporting Central Florida couples in their wedding planning journey. As a planner I offer support from coordination to full planning and everything in between. I pride myself in caring about my clients as though I was planning my best friends special day and only choosing to work with vendors who care about them as much as I do!
