Hi Lenka, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
After spending ten years in management in Corporate America, I felt burnt out. I had anxiety and hated what my life had become. I never got to see my family (they live in the Czech Republic) and I did nothing else but worked. In 2012 I made a decision to leave my leadership position and start my own business that would provide me with the flexibility and freedom I was desperate to achieve.
I always felt a level of fascination with digital tools and how they can make lives easier. My career as a business coach started off with building websites and managing social media. I slowly realized mobility and instant gratification is more than just a website and I started shifting towards mobile apps and digital tools helping run business in the moment and on the go.
Today, after almost ten years in the business, my expertise is in finding low-cost digital solutions to big problems. I know it sounds cliche, but if you’re a start-up or a small business, I am pretty certain that the solutions my customers look for are already out there. It’s just a matter of finding them, adapting and customize them and thus saving a ton of time and money on re-inventing the wheel.
Recently, I’ve introduced digital business cards into my portfolio of services and in August, I’ll be getting my NPL coach/practitioner certification to better support my customers – I’ve turned into a personal coach, therapist, motivator, influencer, business consultant by default. This certification will provide me with additional tools and knowledge so that I can be more effective in helping my clients remove barriers limiting their beliefs.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
When it comes to building a business, nothing is ever smooth. My personal struggles were dealing with rejection and or not giving up when things got tough. It all came down to how much I wanted to succeed and how committed I was to making my dream a reality.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I operate as DBA under RBBR Marketing, LLC. I am a business coach and I help implement digital tools that help create more valuable B2B or B2C connections. When I meet someone, my first few questions are – What is the biggest pain point you’re trying to solve with digital solutions? How do you communicate with your customers? What does their shopping journey look like? How can they find you? Who is your ideal customer?… and lastly… How determined are you accomplished your goals?
What sets me apart is that I help create and implement tools that are customized to meet each client’s needs. I don’t do bulk stuff. For me and my success, it doesn’t make sense because not one business is alike and everyone’s (business owners) needs are different. Therefore I prefer quantity over quality and I too strive in building meaningful, long-term relationships with my clients. After all, it’s precisely how I learn the smallest details about each and every one of them and learn to speak their language.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
If I work with a start-up, seeing the transformation from an idea to an actual digital footprint and business is amazing! I love to see the joy on my clients’ faces when they finally feel like they can show the world what they’ve been building and hustling about all this time.
I am also happy about where I am and how far I’ve gotten. I am proud of my hard work and all the accomplishments. I am excited about the future and all the new amazing entrepreneurs I get to meet and help.
