Madeleine Gorrin is a leading figure in the hospitality industry with over twenty-five years of experience in the food industry. Her solid academic background, which includes a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Metropolitana de Venezuela and another in International Relations from Boston University, supports her vast knowledge and experience.
During her career, Mrs. Gorrin has held significant roles in the operation and management of well-known food chains such as Subway and Papa John’s, both in Venezuela and Panama. Her experience as Operations Manager and General Manager has honed her management skills and deepened her understanding of the complexities of the food and hospitality industry. Her leadership and experience are key elements for the strategic growth and operational excellence of her companies, positioning her as a key figure for success.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been an easy road, but it has been extremely rewarding, since the difficulties have allowed me to have the knowledge and experience to manage the companies I lead today.

Commencing operations in October 2022, this restaurant has made remarkable strides, achieving Top-Selling status within the Pieology Nationwide system in under a year.
This resounding success serves as a catalyst for our ambition to amplify the brand’s footprint in the region by introducing additional branches.
