Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Chapman.
Hi Nicole, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I got married young and life was grand.I absolutely thought I knew everything about everything, until I didn’t!
I became a widow at a very young age. I had plans to become a nephrologist. However I couldn’t face a spouse, parents, child etc and tell them they just lost their loved one. I couldn’t be the one to comfort them and tell them everything was going to be okay.
So an amazing woman, gave me a way to work through my anger, my lose, my broken heart and lead me to my grace. She taught me how to bake. How to create a world that was filled with love, peace and always to add a cup of sugar to make it sweeter.
I found myself short on money, no matter how much I worked. So I would bake and sell them to make ends meet.
Jump a few years ahead and was blessed to meet and fall in love again, with My current Husband. He was the one who encouraged me to pursue my passion for baking and cooking.
I love being apart of people’s special moments, whether they are birthdays, weddings, graduations, even celebrations of life. I love people, I want to fill your bellies and have you feel right at home when you sit at my table!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Smooth Road? Absolutely not! How does that saying go – “If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans.”
If it could go wrong, it did times 7.
Boy do I have stories, LOL.
But I’m still standing, we just celebrated 1 year of being open to the public.

Nosh is where flavor meets fun.
We have all the deliciousness you can imagine. The Juiciest Burgers, A Fish Sandwich that will have you calling home, Philly Cheesesteaks, Pizzas, Flatbreads, An extraordinary Pretzel, Fresh Cut Fries (Regular or Sweet Potato), Various Salads, the donuts are made to order, the coffee is hot, 24 ice cream, sherbets or sorbets Flavors at any given time, the cases are full of pastries and a gift shop with local Artisans.
I get so excited to know the possibility of meeting so many ppl. We love what we do. We will fill your belly’s, have you laughing at us, walking out as we were old friends catching up, and we are PET FRIENDLY. Nosh has a little something for everyone!
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love my City. As one would say we have a drive to town – however I say we have a jewel.
No light pollution-we can actually see all the star shine bright.
We have thee best sunset
All the amazing wildlife- are right in our backyard.
Peace – no loud noises to disturb your sleep
