Rufina Luna, she is a Realtor with a License in the State of Florida and Realtor and Appraiser of Property Residential and Commercial Certificated with the Camera of Real Estate in Venezuela. Studied Economy and has one master’s in finance. During eight years, was in important positions in the Petroleum Company PDVSA – Venezuela; she started her career in Real Estate Business: from the year 2009 until 2016 worked for Century 21 Venezuela, were also learning skills in Real Estate Business; administration of properties, comparative analysis of properties and sells; she started in the sell, rent and administration Residential, Commercial and Vacations properties with one important portfolio of clients. Received important recognitions for his work and goals achieved established by the Corporation.
Rufina move to Orlando and started to work in the Real Estate Business in 2018, with La Rosa Realty, LLC where she learned skills and knowledge of law and Commercial about this Business of properties and while interested to expand her knowledge, took courses in Osceola Association of Realtor and National Association of Realtor (NAR) obtaining the following Certificate of Achievement in Certified Real Estate Professional Designation Program( CRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SRF).
A year ago, she joined Access Management and Realty. Currently works with dedication to attend the expectations of their clients.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I think there is always many difficulties on the way but with effort and dedication I have received recognition for my work, I have achieved goals of my company, and most importantly for me is the satisfaction and goals achieved by my clients and referrals.
