Shaquilla Williams-Murray currently runs two summer camps in the summer that teaches young kids business, entrepreneurship, event planning, and treat making. She owns a Wedding & Floral Design Business & Venue, along with a Wellness Spa and a Post Op Recovery Home.
Mrs. Williams-Murray is the Creator of The Event Planning & Treatmaking Workshops that are held around the world! Mrs. Williams-Murray is an established Best-Selling Author who has written 2 books, and 10 eBooks she has a Master’s Degree (New York School of Interior Design) in Interior Design along with being a Graduate of the IWED Institute. Shaquilla is a mother of 3, a Wife, she’s also is an International Event & Floral Designer, an Educator, Mentor & Event Business Coach, a Sought After We’ll Known Speaker has been called An Innovator in her field.
Shaquilla Williams-Murray, President and founder of Larger-Than-Life Event Planning, Custom Designs & Treats, DiorBeauty Esthetic Lounge, and Dior Beauty Post Op Recovery Home has the vision, expertise, and Connections to lead her team to create events that are memorable and exceed expectations. Her students in both industries are ready to lead & succeed when they leave her workshops.

Through the years, Shaquilla has established connections with an extensive network of trusted professionals to customize the best team for each event. Her experience includes managing events of all sizes from corporate meetings to fundraising galas and celebrations. Shaquilla enjoys supporting local businesses and charities.
While events are a fast-paced business, Shaquilla takes time to pause and focus on what’s most important.
Mrs. Williams-Murray educates hundreds of event planners who are mastering their crafts at business and wedding planning workshops around the US. She also teaches over 17 certifications in the Spa Wellness Industry Workshop around the world. She also has a Mentorship Program that caters to Event Planners and Treat -makers all over the world.
As an Event Coordinator & Mentor she is constantly challenging her skills, her way of thinking, and her mindset to create an experience her clients and mentees will never forget. Larger than Life teaches in-house secrets, resulting in reaching a goal to help event planning business owners create success beyond limits. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I think any real entrepreneur will tell you that the road is not smooth and it’s not easy as the saying goes anything worth having It’s gonna be a hard fight but definitely worth it in the end. Everything that I know learn and teach has come through a lot of trial and error that was a purpose of me starting to teach because I didn’t want other business owners to go through the things that I did or not have that knowledge and understanding of basic business concepts.

My event designing and planning business is a full-service business meaning that we offer Linen and Event decor piece rental we offer a full set up which means tablecloth chairs throne chairs balloons backdrop decorated cake tables utensils dishes florals everything. We own a venue in Lakeland that is intimate holds about 50 people we do work in other venues as well all-over Central Florida. We are known for bringing clients visions to life. We specialize in full-service events whether you’re planning or designing we do it all. Dior beauty and esthetic lounge., Is a health and wellness spa we specialize and body contouring sculpting body wood therapy massages facials & kids spa parties. Do you are beauty is known for snatching in people’s waist and making their bottoms bigger Along with getting rid of cellulite! Do your beard beauty is less than two years old but I am most proud of this business because I get to give women confidence and let them see their beauty from the inside out a lot of women that come to me are contemplating surgery or maybe they have gotten surgery but it makes me feel good to help them reach their goals when it comes to their bodies. I love giving them the confidence and strength to say no matter what they look and feel good about themselves. In both businesses what sets me apart from everybody else is in the wedding business there aren’t too many event designers or planners that offer full service we offer everything including a caterer a baker a musician DJs bands photographer bartenders and with the health and wellness spa we offer over 40 different services there is no other spa in central Florida that offers that many services that’s what it says that’s a part from the others.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The characteristic that I think stands out or is most important to my success is my clients trust me they trust me like a therapist with what they tell me with what they share with me with what they show me. They share it with me things that they can’t talk to nobody else about and that makes me feel good that they know I won’t share the information with no one else in this world.
