Hi Simrat, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Our boutique travel agency was founded by two cousins with a love of traveling and experiencing magical moments together. They founded this agency with the goal of spreading these magical moments to people all around the world. We understand how stressful vacation planning can be.
There is so much stress, cost, and expectations surrounding vacation planning that you lose some of the magic along the way. Our agency wanted to create a space for our clients that allows them get the vacation of their dreams while still having ownership over the planning process. We give our clients the ability to be as little or as much involved as they would like to be while we work to achieve the best rates, dates, and experiences for them!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The major challenge we have faced is the constantly changing and ever-evolving information surrounding the travel experience in the COVID era. Testing, border closures, dining restrictions, and mask mandates have caused a lot of stress and uncertainty for travelers. It has definitely been a challenge to keep up with the best tips, tricks, and methods for booking and planning trips. As a dedicated travel agency, we have found the best resources to stay in the loop and continue to provide our clients with seamless services!
