Absolutely. My journey has been anything but traditional, but every chapter has brought me exactly to where I’m meant to be today.
I’ve always had a heart for service and leadership. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, and soon after, I began what became a 20+ year career as a supervisor at the Orlando Immigration Court. That role shaped so much of who I am professionally—managing teams, navigating high-pressure environments, solving complex problems, and supporting both staff and the public with compassion and consistency. Working in a courtroom for two decades taught me the power of attention to detail, integrity, and guiding others with patience and clarity.
During my time there, I became a Notary Public, and little by little, people started reaching out for help—signings, loan closings, legal documents, guidance, advice. What started as a small favor here and there grew into a passion, and eventually into a business. That’s how Espinal Notary Signing Services was born. Today, we proudly assist title companies, real estate professionals, builders, attorneys, and signers nationwide with reliable, professional signing support.
But the part of my journey that truly lights me up is mentorship. I have a deep passion for teaching, encouraging, and preparing new notaries to be confident, compliant, and successful. I saw so many notaries entering the field without the guidance they deserved—so I built the solution I wish I had myself. That’s how Flawless Notary Academy came to life.
Through the Academy, I help new and aspiring notaries understand notary laws, loan documents, real-world procedures, and most importantly, how to avoid costly errors. My mentorship combines my courtroom experience, my business expertise, and my heart for empowering others. Watching my mentees grow in confidence and start their first successful closings has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
Today, I’ve transitioned fully into entrepreneurship—running my signing service, expanding my mentorship programs, building courses, and continuing to serve my community with the same integrity and dedication that shaped me for over two decades.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all — this road has been anything but smooth. And I think it’s important for people to hear that, because the notary industry is often portrayed as an “easy side hustle,” when in reality, building a professional notary career and a successful signing service takes consistency, discipline, and a willingness to learn every single day.
My journey came with many challenges.
When I first started as a notary while still working full-time at the Orlando Immigration Court, I had to balance long work hours, family responsibilities, and signing appointments that often happened early in the morning or late at night. There were days I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure if I could keep up. I had to learn how to run a business, manage clients, market myself, and stay compliant with notary laws — all on top of being a supervisor in one of the busiest courts in the country.
Another big struggle was the lack of guidance in this industry. Nobody teaches you how to be a great notary or signing agent. When I started, information was scattered, and many notaries were left to figure things out alone. I made mistakes, learned the hard way, and realized very quickly that this career comes with serious legal responsibility. One small error can delay a closing or cost someone thousands of dollars. That pressure isn’t easy.
Financially, it wasn’t simple either. I invested in training, equipment, supplies, and driving all over Central Florida long before I ever saw a profit. There were months where I questioned if I should keep going.
I also struggled with fear — fear of leaving my secure 20+ year federal career, fear of stepping into full-time entrepreneurship, fear of failing. Transitioning out of the court after so many years required courage and faith, and it forced me to grow on a personal level.
But looking back, every struggle shaped me into the notary and mentor I am today. Those experiences are exactly why I launched Flawless Notary Academy — because I don’t want new notaries to struggle the way I did. I want them to have guidance, scripts, confidence, and support so they don’t feel lost or alone on this journey.
