We recently had the chance to connect with Heissam Jebailey and have shared our conversation below.
Heissam, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What is a normal day like for you right now?
I’m in. And a normal day for me is waking up, eating breakfast and working out. Followed by checking on my airbnb properties and then computer work focusing on the next upcoming event or our Sweet 16th Black and White Weekend in 2026.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m in. And I own the rights to I’m in. Events. I’m in. Real Estate. and I’m in. Fitness. I host the World’s Largest Black and White Weekend for Charity and Wellness every May. I own and manage a few airbnb properties and invest in multiple mutual fund stocks. I’m known for being very social and I’ve created many #fams that do fun things throughout the year like Movies, Theme Parks and Special Outings. My passion is bringing people together and giving back to the community with my #committeefam. Mostly raising and donating funds for kids battling cancer through BASE Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation year round..
Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who taught you the most about work?
My father taught me that if you work hard and do good things for others, those same things will come back to you 10 fold.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
A couple of times in the event business when things got to be too much mentally and physically, I wanted to give up. But I managed to persevere and continue each and every time.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
There are two versions of myself. The public I’m in. Persona and the personal keep to myself behind closed doors one. Both are good and truthful. One is just more quiet than the other.

Heissam “I’m in’ Jebailey was who he said he was. He changed the world locally and internationally through his events and fundraising efforts. He brought entire communities together across multiple generations showing them the time of their life each and every time.
