We’re looking forward to introducing you to Lars Stadig. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Lars, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: Who are you learning from right now?
I’ve learned a lot through trial and error, growing from every challenge along the way. While Circus Inferno is led by a single person at the helm, I couldn’t do it without my incredible team of performers, crew, and supportive clients who bring our vision to life. I’ve had amazing help from my friends, family and partner, and together we’ve built something truly special.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello, my name is Lars. I’m a full-time performer, creative, and the CEO/founder of Circus Inferno Entertainment. I’ve been performing professionally for over 10 years, specializing in circus arts, fire manipulation, character performance, and hair/makeup artistry.
I created Circus Inferno Entertainment to give performers an avenue to showcase their artistic talents in safe, supportive environments where they can grow together as a team. Performance is a challenging industry, and my goal is to lead with transparency, honesty, and passion for the craft.
Over the past three years, our troupe has grown to include over 100 talented entertainers and artists, each bringing their own creativity and energy to every event we produce. We’re always expanding our roster with new talent and acts designed to exceed audience expectations.
Circus Inferno provides bespoke entertainment for events of all kinds — from corporate gatherings and weddings to fairs and festivals. Every show is carefully crafted to fit your theme and create an unforgettable, elevated experience.
Currently, we’re developing our newest production — Circus Inferno: Extreme, premiering at the 2026 Central Florida Fair. This high energy show will feature aerial acrobatics, fire performance, and the legendary Wheel of Death
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I wanted to be a musician — that’s where my love of performance began. Both of my grandparents were music educators and performers, so creativity and artistry were always part of my world. Growing up, I was exposed to music from all over the world, hearing rhythms, melodies, and stories from countless cultures. It wasn’t until high school that my focus shifted from musical performance to physical performance, and that’s when circus arts became my true calling.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Before starting Circus Inferno, I worked for several companies that didn’t treat their performers with the respect and dignity they deserved. I experienced firsthand how toxic environments and neglectful leadership could damage both morale and safety — from unsafe living conditions to being placed in dangerous situations where performer well-being wasn’t valued.
Those experiences taught me exactly what I never wanted to be as a leader. I was made to feel like I didn’t belong and would never succeed — and that became the fuel for change. When I left that company, I started Circus Inferno Entertainment with a clear mission: to do things differently. To create a space where artists feel valued, supported, and safe, and where creativity can thrive without fear or exploitation.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What truths are so foundational in your life that you rarely articulate them?
There are a few truths I don’t always say out loud, but they guide everything I do.
Art has power. It connects people and turns struggle into something beautiful.
Respect matters. Performers deserve safety and honesty, not exploitation.
Community is strength. Circus Inferno exists because of the incredible people who believe in it.
Creativity is survival. It’s not just what I do it’s who I am and what I enjoy most.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
My legacy isn’t just the fire and spectacle on stage — it’s creating a space where performers are valued, safe, and empowered to grow, proving that artistry, integrity, and heart can thrive even in the most extreme environments.
