Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Green.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
In 2018 I went on maternity leave. My husband and I were really low on funds so one day, I decided to get in the kitchen and started whipping items together to make meals. I started off with literally one client name “Tiffany“ she took a chance on me to cater her birthday dinner and the rest is history I have about 20 clients a month now, maybe even more, which is awesome because it helps my family like a therapy session everybody is apart of the team, they play a role and they are compensated for their work I love it. I look forward to becoming bigger once I am able to leave my full-time job, hopefully soon. Then the whole world can know KITCHENWHIPPINB.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This road has been rocky especially getting my name out. I think the main struggle I’ve encountered was me believing in me.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Currently, I do private dining and catering. I haven’t really gotten the chance to travel yet but I’m really hoping to soon. I’m known for creative plating; I can make a simple meal look like a million-dollar plate. I would say I’m proud of me for not STOPPING I kept going when it was days I wanted to give up. What sets me apart from others is you have to book me. I’m not available unless you book me, which makes you say to yourself, my goodness, we need to book Kitchenwhippinb, lol.

How do you define success?
Success is crushing every goal I had set for myself, even when there was an obstacle I made it through.
