Today we’d like to introduce you to Latoya Foster.
Hi Latoya, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Cleaning and organizing has been a part of lives since we were children. We helped many family members and friends get and keep their homes clean. The idea to clean as a business started when we cleaned for our church and soon became the go-to cleaners for our ministry. Our pastor, Apostle Andre Alan Williams, pulled us aside in 2019 and encouraged us to pursue cleaning as a business since we were so good at it. After a year of researching, planning, and using our faith, we launched Faith and Fab Cleaning Services in August of 2020.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The pandemic has been our biggest hurdle since settling on the fact that we would pursue cleaning as a business. Not being trusted to be in homes and businesses set out dreams back a few months. Our faith to continue pursuing our business in the middle of a pandemic was an obstacle that only God helped us to overcome. Stepping out on faith to invest in ourselves while working full-time jobs has also been a challenge for our business. Finding that balance between fulfilling dreams while being present in the hear and now has made us use our faith to overcome each challenge we’ve faced with confidence.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We specialize in cleaning, sanitizing and organizing homes and businesses. We are most known for our cleaning and organizing services and our mantra is that we clean what others do not. We are most proud of how we’ve accomplished 4th quarter goals in the 1st quarter of our business and are able to offer a unique service to our clients that makes us feel like family at the end of each experience. We’re set apart by treating our clients like they are VIPs regardless of the level of services they book. We also leave our clients with the assurance that they can keep their spaces clean and organized by giving them small tips that make a huge difference in how they see their home or business.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
We welcome collaboration from others in the cleaning industry and are interested in partnering with other businesses to support our community at large. Spreading the word on social media, giving reviews of past or present experiences with us and supporting thru networking opportunities are all ways Faith and Fab Cleaning Services would love to receive support.
