Hi Aja, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My husband and I started Jones Way Pressure Washing because we wanted more quality time with our family while building something meaningful together. We began with a simple goal: to serve our community and help keep our neighborhoods clean and beautiful. From our first jobs to where we are today, our focus has always been on doing work that matters, taking care of our customers, and creating a business that reflects our values of family, community, and pride in a job well done.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting and growing Jones Way Pressure Washing hasn’t always been a smooth road. Like any small business, we’ve faced challenges along the way — from learning the ins and outs of running a business, to balancing family life with work, to figuring out how to provide the best service for our community. There were times when jobs were harder than expected or resources were limited, but each challenge taught us valuable lessons about perseverance, problem-solving, and staying committed to our goals. Today, those struggles have made us stronger and more dedicated to serving our customers and our community with pride.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We specialize in keeping homes and businesses looking their best. Our services include driveway and walkway cleaning, pool decks, fences, house siding, windows, pavers, and commercial property cleaning — essentially anything that helps properties look clean, fresh, and well-maintained.
What we’re most proud of is the trust we’ve built with our customers and the relationships we’ve formed along the way. We’re known for our attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality service every time. What sets us apart is that we run this business as a family — we treat every home and business as if it were our own, and we focus on delivering work that reflects our values of integrity, care, and pride in our community.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The quality I feel is most important to our success is trustworthiness. Whether we’re working on a family’s home or a business property, our customers need to know they can rely on us to do the job right, treat their property with care, and follow through on our promises. Being trustworthy has allowed us to build lasting relationships and grow our business while staying true to our values.
